Security Disclaimer

Important: Do not reuse passwords you use for other accounts (e.g., banking or social media) on QRJ. While we use best practices for password hashing, QRJ is not 100% secure and cannot guarantee the prevention of all breaches.

QRJ uses essential session cookies to support functionality such as login, queue creation, joining, and admin access. These cookies are temporary and limited to QRJ functionality. They do not track your browsing on other websites.

Terms of Use

By using QRJ Queue Management, you agree to the following terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use QRJ. Content shared by users may include external links or text that is not vetted and may contain abusive or harassing language. Do not click any links if you are under 18 years old.
• You will not use QRJ for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or spam purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and admin PINs.
• You understand QRJ may display advertisements or sponsored content.
• QRJ does not moderate user-generated content in queues. Admin users are responsible for any content they share or allow.
• QRJ reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access in the event of system misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Disclaimer

QRJ is a lightweight queue management platform intended for simple, non-critical use cases. While we take reasonable precautions, we do not guarantee:

• Complete security of stored or transmitted data
• Continuous system uptime or service availability
• Permanent data retention or backups

Use of QRJ is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Missed appointments or service disruptions
• Abusive or harassing content shared by users
• Any damages arising from the use of QRJ

Data Retention & Security

Active account and queue data are stored for as long as they are in use. Inactive accounts and queues may be deleted after prolonged inactivity without prior notice.

• All saved queues, user accounts, admin PINs, and other stored data may be cleared at any time without notification.
• Queue entries remain anonymous unless the admin includes personal identifiers.
• QRJ is not suitable for storing sensitive, enterprise-grade, or regulated information.

User Rights

As a registered user, you may only request deletion of your account and personal data. We do not provide copies of stored data or accept correction requests beyond deletion.

Third-Party Services

QRJ may use third-party providers such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These providers may collect anonymized data, including:

Changes to This Policy
